What our clients are saying

A) Roofing is weather-permitting, so we can not lock in an exact date for inspection. We typically do inspections on rain days or days we finish a job early. This step can take 1-2 weeks, weather depending, as well as busyness of the season. Customers do not need to be home as we inspect the roof from the outside. We usually call the day of to let the customer know we are on the way unless the customer is ok with us inspecting without a phone call prior.

B) After inspection, the adjuster goes over the inspection with the inspector and a price is determined. The office manager types the proposal and, once signed by the owner, an unsigned copy will be emailed to the customer, and two hard copies will be mailed. For new shingle roofs, a second email labeled estimate packet is sent which includes product information, shingle colors, and a website where you can test out the shingle colors. The office manager will give a courtesy call letting the customer know an email or emails have been sent and their signed hard copies are on the way.
